- DEFINITIONS "Self Mastery" includes all coaching programs, mentorships, accountability groups, retreats, events, workshops, digital products, online communities, memberships, courses, consulting services, communication channels, and experiences offered directly or indirectly by the organization, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, or partners. "Participant" refers to any purchaser, attendee, member, client, guest, or individual participating in any Self Mastery offering. 1.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUND POLICY. By purchasing, reserving, enrolling in, attending, or participating in any Self Mastery offering, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, reimbursements, chargebacks, credits, partial refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: 2.
• Scheduling conflicts • Travel interruptions or delays • Personal emergencies • Dissatisfaction with subjective experience • Failure to attend or participate • Change of mind • Financial hardship • Failure to achieve desired outcomes • Removal from a program or community due to violation of rules or conduct standards • Internet or technology issues • Weather conditions • Venue changes • Speaker substitutions • Medical conditions or personal circumstances This policy applies to: • Accountability groups • One-on-one mentorship • Group coaching • Retreats and events • Digital products and educational materials • Memberships and subscriptions • Private communities • Online and in-person experiences • Deposits and payment plans If a Participant chooses a payment plan, the Participant remains fully responsible for completing all scheduled
payments regardless of participation level or completion status. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without legal basis may constitute breach of contract. Self Mastery reserves the right to provide this agreement, communication records, attendance records, and supporting documentation to financial institutions or legal authorities in response to disputes.
- RESULTS DISCLAIMER Self Mastery makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, earnings, personal transformation, business success, emotional results, fitness results, relationship outcomes, financial gains, or life improvements. Participant understands and agrees: • Results vary based on personal effort, consistency, discipline, circumstances, mindset, skills, and external factors beyond Self Mastery's control. • Testimonials, case studies, examples, or success stories are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results. • Any statements regarding growth, transformation, accountability, leadership, confidence, discipline, income, business success, or personal development 1.

- ASSUMPTION OF RISK Participation in retreats, travel experiences, wellness activities, fitness activities, networking events, outdoor 2.
experiences, workshops, accountability groups, and mentorship programs involves inherent risks. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, including but not limited to: • Physical injury • Illness • Emotional distress • Property loss or theft • Travel-related disruptions • Accidents • Third-party misconduct • Exposure to unsafe conditions • Transportation incidents Participant agrees participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Self Mastery and its owners, affiliates, officers, contractors, staff, volunteers, speakers, hosts, partners, and venues from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, demands, actions, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in any Self Mastery offering. This release applies to claims involving: 1.
• Personal injury • Emotional distress • Property damage • Economic loss • Travel disruptions • Contract disputes • Negligence claims (to the extent permitted by law) • Indirect or consequential damages 7. CODE OF CONDUCT Self Mastery reserves the right to remove, deny access to, suspend, or permanently ban any Participant from any event, group, mentorship, or program at its sole discretion for disruptive behavior, harassment, threats, illegal activity, abuse, misconduct, or violation of community standards. Removal for misconduct does not entitle the Participant to a refund, reimbursement, or cancellation of payment obligations.
- EVENT CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE Self Mastery reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, accommodations, activities, or program structure at any time. 1.
Self Mastery shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters • Government restrictions • Pandemics • Weather events • Venue issues • Transportation disruptions • Civil unrest • Utility outages • Emergencies 9. MEDIA RELEASE Participant grants Self Mastery permission to photograph, film, record, or otherwise capture Participant's likeness, voice, statements, and participation during programs or events. Participant grants Self Mastery a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such media for promotional, educational, advertising, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION 1.
Any dispute arising from participation in Self Mastery offerings shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction selected by Self Mastery, unless prohibited by law. Participant waives the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Self Mastery to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of Self Mastery, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 1.
- SEVERABILITY If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 2.
- ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE By purchasing, signing electronically, checking a consent box, submitting payment, attending, accessing materials, joining communication groups, or participating in any 3.
